Expect the opposite of what they state

I ordered a sim card from afrihost which I was supposed to receive today. I canceled my plans due to the promises and guarantees I received about receiving the Sim card. At 18:10 I received a message saying my parcel will be delivered by 17:00. I received no form of communication unless I went out looking for it from afrihost and even they thought my parcel should have been delivered by you people before 17:00. It is now 23:12 and still no sign of a parcel I should've received today... That sim card was very important, I ordered it well and early in the early hours of the morning thinking I would get first preference if not one of the first people to receive their parcels...

Absolutely dissatisfied and unhappy with the services received by these people. If there was an option to give them a quarter of a star then that would be too generous
