<p>We have been dealing with 1st contact since October 2016, trying to get our visas. This company handed over our case to 4 different consultants. Last week on the 4th January we cancelled our trip as our visas were still not sorted. They failed to put urgency on helping us. There is no customers service what so ever. I have asked for my refund and have still not been refunded. I feel this is ridiculous as its been 10 days now. I would like my refund today!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Will never use this company again. The staff are not helpful at all. </p>
