I have placed an order coming from jhb 2 days ago, made payment for overnight delivery which I always do. Made sure I’ve placed order well in advance to ensure my parcel gets delivered by this morning. It usually gets delivered by 9am as it’s a product I order quite often from the same company. This morning my order has still not been delivered. I’ve contacted the courier guy to get in contact with the driver so I could meet up with him to collect my order as this now affect my work. Without this package I will not be able to do my job. Been calling the driver and his phone is off?? The package has been out for delivery since 6:33:40 am this morning. I’ve communicated this to the courier guy and their response was that he may be in an area where the signal is bad and asked for me to wait until 12 noon today? Really disappointed in their services as it looks like I need to cancel all of my clients for the day which will affect my job and my reputation is with clients.
I’ve requested to disinvest my funds with old mutual. Waited over 3 years for them to contact me. April 2021 they finally contacted me, I asked to disinvest my funds, received forms to complete for disinvestment. After finally completing all the documents requested from me to receive my funds, I now have not heard back from them again. I’ve sent about 4 different emails, received a response for withdrawal, I replied to the email stating that it is not a withdrawal, it is a disinvestment. No response there after. I feel this is completely pathetic for such an established company! I would please just like my funds and be completely done with them!
<p>We have been dealing with 1st contact since October 2016, trying to get our visas. This company handed over our case to 4 different consultants. Last week on the 4th January we cancelled our trip as our visas were still not sorted. They failed to put urgency on helping us. There is no customers service what so ever. I have asked for my refund and have still not been refunded. I feel this is ridiculous as its been 10 days now. I would like my refund today!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Will never use this company again. The staff are not helpful at all. </p>
Hi upgraded my phone last year November, I tested the phone under water once, all ports were completely closed, I also had a cover on my phone. My phones touch sensors suddenly became unresponsive, I then took the phone back to MTN store at vna waterfront. I was given an email address to contact thomas from Sony -received no response. After almost 2 months, rebooting the phone all day, every day, and lots of cursing, it finally worked as nothing was wrong. After two days, last night, I wanted to update my software and the phone went off and now same problem!!! Touch sensors are completely unresponsive! !! This is ridiculous as they claim the phone is water resistant? ?? I am highly disappointed in Sony for not responding at all and I am paying off a phone contract of which I cannot use?!!!!
