Worst customer care service
Submitted my claim on the 16 November through the App and uploaded the mileage, disc and photos. The claim assessor has not even called me once or sent an email regarding the status of the claim. Then received a whatsapp text on the 17 December after a whole month from some company to upload the same things again ! Worst of all the claims process has not been explained. What is the point of using the App if the same information/documents provided are ignored. The service is beyond terrible.

Car Warranty Cover - No Responses!
I have been trying to submit a claim since Saterday. Agents are transferring me from one department to the next. The prompt says im at the warranty department but when a consultant answer its Tyre and Rim Department the puts met through but no-one is answering. The agents do sound like they do not want to be there and have no idea what you are referring to. i Have insurance with them but they call me everyday to offer car insurance. Please get someone to help me with my claim. I regret leaving King Price for them.

I had a message on WhatsApp from a lady working by this company and asking me if she can send me a job discerption and then she will give me a task and pay me R50 for each task. I would like to get a clarification on this matter

Bad poor service!
<p>We have been dealing with 1st contact since October 2016, trying to get our visas. This company handed over our case to 4 different consultants. Last week on the 4th January we cancelled our trip as our visas were still not sorted. They failed to put urgency on helping us. There is no customers service what so ever. I have asked for my refund and have still not been refunded. I feel this is ridiculous as its been 10 days now. I would like my refund today!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Will never use this company again. The staff are not helpful at all. </p>
