Car Warranty Cover - No Responses!

I have been trying to submit a claim since Saterday. Agents are transferring me from one department to the next. The prompt says im at the warranty department but when a consultant answer its Tyre and Rim Department the puts met through but no-one is answering.

The agents do sound like they do not want to be there and have no idea what you are referring to. i Have insurance with them but they call me everyday to offer car insurance.

Please get someone to help me with my claim. I regret leaving King Price for them.
