When I bought a car, I took out a scratch and dent policy with SAVM. As you should know scratches just happen at random and whenever I claim the process is so easy. Occasionally I would follow up but in general i would highly recommend.
I have an older vehicle Polo vivo 2011. My vehicle was booked in as the battery light was not illuminating on the dashboard 2 May 2025. I took it in the morning just after 7am,around 1pm they sent me a quote for further testing and coolant flush. Before going ahead with the further testing of the cluster i told them i will need a report for my warranty and i wont be doing a coolant flush as i did replace my thermostat in December 2024 so this was suppose to be done during this process,after hearing this technician told me quote is wrong and its a break fluid flush. 5pm the Friday they told me the cluster is being taken out. Saterday after 12pm i messaged them to ask for an update only to be told the place that needs to test the cluster is closed on Saterdays which was not previously communicated to me the Friday at 5pm. Monday they sent 2 updates they have been trying to get hold of the place the cluster was sent to. Tuesday , 6 May 2025 they said the cluster was cleaned and the battery light is now working BUT i asked what was the problem cause i need that report for my warranty, they couldnt give me an answer and the technician said dont worry about the cost i will cover it with my salary because its too much admin for R1800. He will just continue with the coolant flush then i said NO i replaced my thermostat in Dec24 and this was supposed to be done that time and he said sorry i meant break fluid flush and i said NO since clearly you just trying to make stuff up at this point. I know i dont have the latest car but if you did not want to work on my car then tell me! My airbag light is now on after taking out the cluster and everything but i refuse to take it to them or even call the company about this cause the service i received this time around left a BITTER taste in my mouth.
Shoprite Belhar Airport Mall The manager(male colored) is very unprofessional infront of customers. I bought pritt and when the price was wrong I was assisted by a lady Chante I think. She was so patient and helpful While she explained to the manager what happened he went on in frustration talking rudely to the teller and saying people on the floor are making unnecessary mistakes. Nie man uncle wees professional at all times. You did not have to say all those thing infront of customers
i swiped my card. Transaction showed twice on my statement. The one amount cleared and its been more than a week and the other"double"amount still shows pending. I provided proof the merchant did not claim the 2nd amount thats why the amount is still showing as pending. They want me to get a letter while the merchant sent list of transactions for the day yet they do not want to assist
I cancelled my insurance but they are still deducting from my account. They communication is very bad and they messed up my policy information to stay with them but its still not right so i cancelled and the problems keep piling up.
An agent with the name Anele was assigned to my claim. This person is shouting over the phone telling me i claimed 2 days ago but i claimed 3 days ago. The auotmated repsonse says they will get back to you within 24 hours its been 72 hours and i had to follow up only to be shouted at the other end. i have never met such *********** people in my life. Anele said an email will be sent with outstanding documents and im still waiting its been 6 hours now and if you call you have to be prepared to wait 30 minutes before speaking to someone as if i have allday and just lazing around.
I have been trying to submit a claim since Saterday. Agents are transferring me from one department to the next. The prompt says im at the warranty department but when a consultant answer its Tyre and Rim Department the puts met through but no-one is answering. The agents do sound like they do not want to be there and have no idea what you are referring to. i Have insurance with them but they call me everyday to offer car insurance. Please get someone to help me with my claim. I regret leaving King Price for them.
My washing machine spinner is broken. I logged a call 27 August 2024. They told me it would take 5 business working days for a technician to contact me. I followed up numerous times every time with a better excuse. Excuses such as "we tried to call you but has been unable to reach you"another one "we cannot get hold of the technician" another one "the technician is trying to reach you"another one "we do not have your email address on our system"another one "our technician will call you in a hour"another one "sorry for the inconvenience" YOUR WARRANTY COVER AND TECHNICIANS SUCKS!!!!
I submitted a claim with all relevant documents. Few days later they asked for the same documents, i sent again. i did a follow up 2 days later only to be told i should resubmit the same documents AGAIN! The person im dealing with is Lerato Kegoriloe and now she/he has stopped responding to my emails. How can you submit the same documents thrice?? Please do your work!
