I noticed two furniture pieces at the Gateway shop, and the woman told me there was only one in stock, so I should check online and she handed me the barcode. My spouse went to Gateway the next day after seeing on the website that both items were in stock, only to find out that half of the item—which comes in three boxes—was missing. They suggested that he visit Ballito and the Springfield shop. The phone wasn't ringing when I attempted to reach the ballot shop. The Springfield shop reported that another customer had phoned inquiring for the same range and that there was no stock. Thus, we made the decision to pay for delivery when we ordered it online. Two hours after I bought two of the identical item, I received an email informing me that there was only one left in the warehouse. They sent an email asking if they should ship one and refund the other or cancel the entire transaction. I responded by emailing them back, requesting that someone call and explain why the website indicates that there is stock in several locations as well as online. I emailed once again to request a call. After three days and five emails, someone calls. I try to explain the situation to her, I told her that I wanted the products and that I would not accept a refund, and they might check with the retailers that carry the items and have them delivered to my door from there. She informed me that she will give me a call back in less than an hour, after calling the warehouse to check on the situation. When I verified my order later, it showed that it had been canceled. And here I am after 3 days of her call, I haven't heard back from anybody regarding who approved the cancellation or where my money is. Really disappointing and totally unacceptable. After learning about Mr. Price Home's poor service, I avoided going there for a long time. When I finally made the decision to try it again, I was disappointed once more.
I had a message on WhatsApp from a lady working by this company and asking me if she can send me a job discerption and then she will give me a task and pay me R50 for each task. I would like to get a clarification on this matter
The store was smelling of urine that was lingering through a large section of the store.
I am registered student for the course PGCE at STADIO school of education. I applied to the course in October 2021. my application was a nightmare from the start. As one of the stuff replied to me that I need SAQA Registration to be able to apply. I explained to them that as engineer SAQA refused to register me and that I was referred to ECSA. I sent all the document to support this matter. They said that the application will be reviewed and and the communication stopped. In January 2022 I emailed Stadio multiple times only to be surprised that nothing has been done regarding my application. I got the same reply from another person asking the same questions about SAQA registration. -In February, I called Stadio offices multiples times and emailed them and I always got an automatic reply. I emailed them one day to say that I just needed to know if it accepted or declined. A gentleman name Chris Houghon emailed me back on Thursday 17/02/22 and said if I don't get a reply by the weekend, that I should contact him. -On Monday he called me and he explained to me that my application is a bite complicated as I am foreigner and my degrees are not South Africans. he said the application will be reviewed. -In March 2022 I kept emailing them to get an update , - On 02/02/2022 I recieved a conditional offer from the student advisor, saying the application was successful and that I should proceed to the student portal if I wish to accept. when I came to open the attached documents , it said that I got accepted for LO when my original application was for Math and Physics. I emailed the student advisor and Chris Houghton as he was the only person who actually replies. I explained to him that my degrees are in mechanical engineering and that changing my application into LO without getting back to me about the changes is unacceptable. Mr Chris Houghton replied , on the same day the 03/03/2022 to me that the application will be resent to the PGCE Panel, to be reviewed. - On 04/03/22 Mr Chris forwarded his email conversation with Mrs Meiring Petro, where she explained that she wasn't sure about the mistake that happened and that my application was accepted for SP Math and FET EGD. I went back to the email of the student portal and I accepted the offer, filled the documents for full time student. the erolement happened on the 17/03/2022 I purchased the books from Wize books the same day and I received my order on the 22/02/22. And that was the same day my student email got activated. - On the 22/03/22 I emailed Q- Canvas to explain that I am not getting any information about the course and that I can't access Canvas, and that if I dont get any feed back I will deregister from the course. Nothing about the course was communicated to me and I kept on emailing Stadio to know when the course and semester will start. I was only getting automatic replies. -On the 25/03/22 I received an email from Delta saying that I am not receiving any news regarding the the course because I am not enrolled in the PGCE News -On the 28/03/22 I emailed DIANA Sebastian to ask him about the WhatsApp groups that suppose to be created 2 weeks before so we can communicate with the students. In the meanwhile I was trying to log in into the student portal multiple times in the day but I kept getting a reply that it doesn't exist. -On the 30/03/22 I received an email from Q-Qanvas saying that they are working on giving me access .That was the first day of access into Canvas. when I accessed the plat form I was shocked with the amount of work in the course and how much I missed. I was surprised that not all modules were in the platform. I emailed them on the same day that some of the modules were not affected into my Canvas. I explained that any late actions regarding this mater will force ne to withdraw the application. -On the 1/04/22 I emailed Stadio and Mr Chris to defer the year for multiple reasons. he advised that I should email L as registered student. -On the 2/04/22 I email Q-CEN-PGCE-D get any reply from them and I kept calling the phone number provided on the website with no luck. until a colleague gave me the phone number of centurion and a gentleman answered and he emailed me the form for deferment on the 08/04/22 . I filled the forms and emailed them back on the 9/04/22. I didn't get any replies util I called them one week later when Mr swan told me its been declined but she didn't even border to read the application to know the reasons and even though I tried to explain , she said I can deregister but I have to pay the fees as it was out of 15 days according to her. I went to their offices in Musgrave after Durban floods. and I met with a team leather named Senalia RAMLAR, She said she will take it to the registrar and from their they will decide. I asked for a phone number to follow up as I wasn't getting any responses on emails. I tried to phone her multiples times to follow up but no luck . On the 18th of Mai I got a call from a very polite lady that I believe she is the registrar. she apologised for the late reply. I tried to explain to her that they can not make me pay the fees because they can only consider the 15 days starting from the first day I accessed the platform . she said she will investigate the date I could access the platforms and take it from there but in the mean while she is going to email me to confirm the conversation that happen in the phone call. Since then, I haven't get any emails or update from Stadio regarding this matter. I tried to email the Dean to get an appointment and I haven’t get any reply. My South African visa is expired and I want to leave the country. I keep getting emails regarding the course and other from the financial department to pay the fees. I don't want to be harassed in the airport when I come back the SA. this is been a nightmare since the first day and I want too leave it behind the level of frustration was beyond to explain. I hope someone who cares in Stadio team will read this review.
I purchased I phone online as an upgrade. The person who did the order instead of using my number he gave me a new SIM card and one item was missing from the order. I tried to complain in the first 7 days and now it has been two months and nothing happen. I called multiple times but I couldn't get hold of a real person . I went to Vodacom store, he said he can't help me as the purchase was made online and all he can do is to email them. A team leader emailed him back and said that i have to call a number that they gave me. I spent 2 hours and one person throw me to another and they keep cutting the call or sending me to the robot. When I ask to talk to a manager they cut the call or they say I'm working from home ot the manager is not here ....ect. They wasted my time and my money. Before I did all this I tried to change my number to Telkom and Vodacom refuse to migrate the number. Unacceptable and terrible service , poor quality customer service. Their call center is more useless and have no manners to cut the call on a customer and never call back. They don't even know what they are doing. They just receive calls and transfer it to another useless person and carry on like that.
They used to be good when theybforst open. But after a while they started cheating. They cutting peaces of the breast of the chicken.it happen to me for 5 times in raw. They think people are stupid and that they won't notice it. I am not ordering from them again
Very bad customer service. I asked to talk to the manager she came and she never great she told the stuff is she the same customer you were talking about like I am subject next to her and then she told me I understand you are not stupid. I bought set of plates and I asked the stuff if it’s on promotion and she said yes ,at home I realize That I paid full price and when I came back they made me look stupid. If they had the sign in the wrong place why they make us I will never go back to that store again
