A valid claim was lodged on 2 November 2025, and the burial took place on 8 November 2025. Despite submitting everything required, 21st Century Life did not pay a single cent before the burial.
After multiple complaints and follow-ups, they only paid half of the amount on 14 November 2025. As of 23 November 2025, there has been no feedback, no payment of the outstanding balance, and no acknowledgement of my formal complaint.
I have been paying this policy since 2011, and yet when support was needed, the company failed completely. They continue to deduct premiums every month without fail, but when it comes to honouring a claim, they disappear.
People must be warned — do not join 21st Century Life. Their service is unreliable, unresponsive, and not there when you need them most.
