Security concern

I recently realized my account is locked. It could be that I was hacked, but more likely I entered the wrong password to many times.

I am trying to reset my password but it is an absolute nightmare. Their support team is not getting back to me. They say that they are sending a link but I am not receiving one.

Really worrying when your bank details could be hacked.
