I recently realized my account is locked. It could be that I was hacked, but more likely I entered the wrong password to many times. I am trying to reset my password but it is an absolute nightmare. Their support team is not getting back to me. They say that they are sending a link but I am not receiving one. Really worrying when your bank details could be hacked.
Wish I could give 0 stars. My car was in at a different panel beater, autoboys had to fix the window. Auto boys called me on 4 different occasions, over 2 weeks to check with me when they can prepare the window. To each consultant I explained that I am not the one to ask, they should ask the mechanic as they will fit and deliver on the window. I still don't understand why I had to explain it 4 times, to 4 different consultants. The last straw was the fact that my precious window was tinted and they did not tint the replacement. I agreed with the consultant from autoboys (since the window tint is not covered from an insurance perspective) to tint the window again. He assured me they will tint it and bill me seperately. When the car was ready I checked with the mechanic if a tinted window was installed and they said no. However, I had already confirmed that it should be with auto boys. I called the consultant again, and he was extremely rude to me. Even though one of their consultants a week ago assured me I will get a tinted window, he said this is not possible. I should now come in to auto boys to fix it. After I explained the inconvenience it creates, and checking options on whether they can't come to me or my office, the consultant was extremely rude and decided to hang the phone up in my ear. I can't believe you can get away with having service of this quality in South Africa. I am disappointed. Truely very bad.
Specific query related to Wesbank and Ebucks. First, I am a big FNB and ebucks fan. I firmly believe ebucks is the best loyalty program out there. That was until what happened today. I saw for the month of April I didn't get my ebucks rewards allocated (about R2 000) and also I am not receiving flight discounts (about R1400 on the flights I want). After further investigation ebucks thought my wesbank account was in arrears. How the wesbank account got into arrears is another story. I changed jobs, and got a new salary date (5 days later). In Jan I already tried to change the date for all my transactions, including Wesbank deduction but this did not work. I did not notice it didn't work until April, after which I gave FNB a call. They responded that they will only be able to change the May transaction. And there will be a small penalty because it is slightly later. This penalty will also be collected in May. In the beginning of May, I get a notification that my Wesbank account is in arrears with R34. Yes, just R34. Immediately I paid it. This morning I've been on calls for ours with ebucks, then Wesbank, then ebucks again to try and understand what is going on. Wesbank sent me an email to explain what happened, which I sent to ebucks but for some reason ebucks can't see my email. I also have no idea if it will be fixed. Someone who can work on something like this at FNB, please reach out?
Never use them! Absolutely horrible. This year, in total my increase to use fibre has went up, more than 20%. In that, I also found that they upgraded my contract. Always it was a case of a cancellation fee only if you cancel within the first 12 months. Thereafter, (I moved, but kept paying the same amount at the time) they automatically had a cancellation fee upgrade that it is always a cancellation fee, whenever you cancel. This was not communicated to me in any way. Sneaky.
Never had a problem with them. But I ordered something last week Sunday that was supposed to be delivered next day. It didn't come. It could come on Wednesday though but I was on a business trip. I rescheduled the order for the following Monday. Monday night very late I got a message that it was lost in transit and a new message appeared. That it would be delivered the next day. At this time, I queried their help team and after at last receiving a reply, the order was re confirmed for this Friday. I just want to know for sure my order is coming, and honestly having to reschedule the whole time is very annoying. Not knowing when they will come makes planning your week difficult. And we ordered a fridge. Difficult to live without
Absolutely horrible service. I moved homes, paid extra to be able to have wifi in July, and ever since the only thing that webafrica/open serve had to do is to activate the line. From there, everything went south. First they thought installation was required. Now they decided it is not required. Every second agent I speak to still says installation is required. I have called a couple of times now, and everyone promised to escalate me. However I didn't receive any calls from relevant departments, or get anything as of yet. From what I understand the situation is now escalated to openserve because they need to do the activation. But, if it continues like this I need my wifi to be activated, and it is as simple as activating If I can just talk to one agent, on a phone, not whatsapp who can actually tell me what is going on and when my fiber will activate that will be awesome. Also, need to reverse the extra amount I was billed for wifi in July. I will be forced to cancel and moved to another provider if my wifi doesn't activate in the next 48 hours.

COMMUNICATION: From the beginning, communication was difficult. But it has just got worse. An update every now and then would be nice. We planned our entire day around the items arriving, but the afternoon (after we asked) we heard that the truck is still stuck 7 hours away. We hope when we get the items whole and fast from now.
