24 Hour promise is a lie and over priced

I wanted to get a photobook created for my anniversary and I had left things to the last minute. I found 24hr photobook and they promised 24hrs or later in the site they say 1-2 working days.

I paid way more than if I had gone to place that didnt offer the 24hr promise but I decided the extra I was paying was for the fast service.

Well its all a lie its almost 24hrs and i hadnt heard a thing from then except when payment was received. No email saying in production no updat eon the website so I was worried.

I called reception and I have now been told it takes 2-4 days to get to you.

If you make such promises and are so bold to add your promise to your name make sure you either keep to it or are super clear to customers that they more than likely won't get their book in 24hrs and not just small print here and there.

When I explained my issue to teh reception person his response was "okay thanks have a lovely day." They dont care or even try and make an effort for a customer.
