Out and out thieves
Also known as help 247 pool repairs. I contracted 24/7 pool repairs to install a new pool pump, clean my pool and change the sand in the filter. On 19 September I had to pay the full amount of R8 330 for the work to b done. I was then told that although they did the installation, there is still a problem on the suction line between the weir and the pump. For this to be fixed I had to pay upfront R7000. They did the work 2 days later. However, the system still does not work. Since I have only had promises of a technician coming out to check the system from Deon. I have to phone every time and not once have they come out or got back to me themselves.It is now a week and half later and I still don't have a working pump and they have over R15000 of my money. They have now stopped taking all my calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CRIMINALS!

11 Oct 2018, 10:43This has of course escalated. Deon overcharged me significantly on the invoice for a service he did not perform (concrete works). This was brought to his attention 1 October, 6 October, 9 October and 10 October. He does not dispute this but also makes no attempt to rectify this.
The installation still has leaking pipes and all promises by Deon of attending to this has come to naught. He does not phone or communicate to say: "Sorry, I can't come when I said I would" Necessitating endless calls to him where he takes no responsibility for his bad service.
So - he owes me money and the work is still not done in a manner that I can use the swimming pool pump. What a waste of R15 000 and that to a man that is incapable of manning up to his mistakes and faults. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HELP 247 POOL REPAIRS or DEON MARX.
