24/7 Fridge Repairs No Callout Fee go on bot reviews or I’m not sure how they pull it off but ChatGpt gives them a good rating.I used them and was too trusting and got taken for R1750 for a compressor Michael from 24/7 never replaced. I called him out 3 times and he promptly came out each portraying himself as this gentleman; meanwhile on the 4th visit after supposedly “replacing the compressor” then “over gassing” then “undergassing” still not working. Discovered after I got out a reliable technician that simply regassed and my fridge is working perfectly.24/7 are basically CON ARTISTS who’ll take you for a long ride , fleece you and be nice about it. Once you confront Michael he gets abusive and lies. Don’t go near 24/7 Fridge Repairs No Callout Fee 084 532 0009 is their number.

Bad service is apparently the client's fault
I contracted Deon from Help 247 Pool repairs to fix/replace my swimming pool pump. I paid over R15 000 as there was apparently also a problem on the suction line from the pool. 1) There was a problem with the original installation and the pump was still not working - Deon Marx promised his team will come back - every single promise for 2 weeks were broken with NO calls or communication to say sorry we can't come. NOTE that it is still not fixed and he once again missed 2 promised times that his team would come. He did not contact me to say sorry he can't come or communicated in any way when he will be able to come and fix his mess. 2) He overcharged on the original invoice and was aware of this since 21 September, reminded 1 October and 6 October and 9 October and 10 October and he still has not communicated to me what he intends to do or when he will pay back the money he enriched himself with at my expense. 3) Given the above, I kept on phoning him to fix the problems and pay back my money. He told me I am crazy for keeping on phoning on these issues and blocked me. I don't think I am crazy to want the service I paid for nor to want my money back that he is unlawfully keeping (as he did not provide the service he invoiced me for) Do not do business with help- 247 pool repairs or Deon Marx. He is unable to take responsibility for his lack of service or thievery and tries to make you feel as if you are in the wrong persecuting him.

Also known as help 247 pool repairs. I contracted 24/7 pool repairs to install a new pool pump, clean my pool and change the sand in the filter. On 19 September I had to pay the full amount of R8 330 for the work to b done. I was then told that although they did the installation, there is still a problem on the suction line between the weir and the pump. For this to be fixed I had to pay upfront R7000. They did the work 2 days later. However, the system still does not work. Since I have only had promises of a technician coming out to check the system from Deon. I have to phone every time and not once have they come out or got back to me themselves.It is now a week and half later and I still don't have a working pump and they have over R15000 of my money. They have now stopped taking all my calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CRIMINALS!

poor service from 24/7 pool repair
A quote was requested to paint my swimming pool, the quote team had the privilege of seeing my pool when it was empty. The quote was offered and they demanded the total payment upfront. I duly paid the total amount The job was to commence the next day which didn't happen. The job was only started 4 days later. They painted 2/3 of the pool and ran out of paint. After me requesting when the job would be completed they demanded an additional R4000.00 for paint and labour to complete the job, cash upfront. I am now sitting with the dilemma of an incomplete painted pool. a truly poor performance from 24/7 pool repairs.
