24/7 Fridge Repairs No Callout Fee go on bot reviews or I’m not sure how they pull it off but ChatGpt gives them a good rating.I used them and was too trusting and got taken for R1750 for a compressor Michael from 24/7 never replaced. I called him out 3 times and he promptly came out each portraying himself as this gentleman; meanwhile on the 4th visit after supposedly “replacing the compressor” then “over gassing” then “undergassing” still not working. Discovered after I got out a reliable technician that simply regassed and my fridge is working perfectly.24/7 are basically CON ARTISTS who’ll take you for a long ride , fleece you and be nice about it. Once you confront Michael he gets abusive and lies. Don’t go near 24/7 Fridge Repairs No Callout Fee 084 532 0009 is their number.
On 2 occasion my wife and I were DOUBLE BILLED for items; if we didnt query they would have got away with what I believe is a **** not by management but BY some of the cashiers and maybe working in tandem with a stock controller. The modus operandi is they double bill a product hoping the customer doesnt pick up the error in the moment, the customer has been double billed so clicks is not the loser but the customer is.The cahier still balances at the close of business but it means they now have an additional product on shelf ; which the cashier later pockets and maybe sells on the black market for a third of the price or whatever, there maybe more than 1 culprit involved ; also the product is usuallly something small of middle value but in this case the cashier was greedy; usually it maybe an item of average value which the customer doesnt notice as an overcharge; but in my wife's case it was a tube of face cream to the value of R350 to R400..When she queried that a bill which should have totalled about R890 came to about R1200 or thereabouts; they apologised profusely and gave her a refund in cash. The reason I'm raising this because it happened to me also at Clicks Cresta; in my case the value was far less; around R50 but the fact of the matter is there seems to be a trend. The customer is basically paying for a product that the staff are *****ing. The service generally is good but due to the above and management maybe being unaware and lax - 1 star is appropriate
Standard Bank INSURANCE. An absolute con are is what comes to mind when dealing with Standard Bank Insurance; I made a claim for my leaking geyser which caused damage to my ceiling in January; they came out and tightened a pressure valve; however I had to pay R500 excess for damages to the ceiling - fine I paid it. April presently; geyser again struck a leak and is causing damage to my ceiling as well. They send out their plumber after filing a claim only to tell me the pressure valve which they didn't repair properly in the firs place; is now for my account and Standard Bank no longer pay for components and you have to repair it yourself - basically we don't give a damn you're on your own, even though they simply put a band aid on it in January and now it becomes my problem in April and the contractor wants to charge me R700 for the valve and on top of that the damage to the ceiling will also be for my access another R500. Their consultants are unhelpful and obnoxious to name a few Darnell, Prudence (who didn't have the courtesy to call back when the line dropped)Clementine who only sees the banks policy as solid and has shares in Standard bank and someone by the name of Machipi who said she'll return my call and never did. They initially said they'll repair it as the warranty stands and then made an about turn. This is what you can expect from Standard Bank when filing a claim.I most definitely will be changing my building insurance which is simply a huge con with Standard Bank.Maybe they should listen to the call logs and see the undertakings their consultants have given, consultants representing their organisation and atrocious service they give. All they're about is taking your money and giving as little or zero service as much as possible. They're quick to take your money each month. This will be filed with the ombudsman as well.
Overcharge on device even though the contract ran it's term and we cancelled contract.Cell should have only charged for the sim; but they charged for the device as well. This may often be overlooked by the customer and they coin million on this device overcharge. If for example my monthly charge is a total of R600 and the device is R300; do the math if you multiply this by a few 100 000 customers. Also after the contract was cancelled Cell C debited my account with a R100 - for what. This is why technically Cell C are INSOLVENT. The consumer council and the telecommunication ombudsman should look into Cell C's business practices .
Absolutely atrocious after hours service;seems like they cometely shut down shop after 5pm.Called their help line, the auto response tells you to what's app them as they have this service available, what rubbish;they don't respond to what's app queries. I have one since 14 December without as littlle as a courtesy 'we' re sorry'. Tried the 'call me back service' the response from this service also points you to what's app and then you receive an SMS advising you that they'll call between such and such time, basically with 20 minutes of you logging the request. What utter **** ... I'm still waiting, if I held my breath I would have turned blue. Basically Afrihost has NO AFTER HOURS SERVICE.'Welcome to the home of pure Internet joy' is their motto, should be Afrihost - Home of Pure Internet NIGHTMARES.
Hi-Brid Auctioneers t/a Hi-Brid Auto Reg No.2015/169567/07 Director:Shenice O Neil Pillay DOB 1995/01/06. Manager:Clinton. Saleslady : Gernell.Clinton's Boss Rajen Pillay...Dillon Govender and the following players Jenny,Nessan, Rajen, Sherilyn Padayachee, all belong to this FRAUD SYNDICATE AND ROB PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! Their business is to basically rob you. My son and I sold a car to them in good faith; a Kia Picanto for R56000 and we only received R30000 in payment ( we're still fortunate)many clients have been scammed for hundreds of thousands. We had to sign an agreement that we've sold the vehicle to them so that they cover themselves from being arrested for fraud. Once you've made a declaration to sell IN WRITING and they don't honour payment; the matter becomes a civil one and has to be dealt with through the courts. Nevertheless the outstanding R26000 has been outstanding for last 6 months and we've dealt with numerous persons - all a bunch of CROOKS that are working hand in hand. Don't be fooled by the luxury cars displayed on their premises. enca checkpoint have run a 10 minute expose of these miscreants ( check it out on Youtube CheckPoint Hi - Brid auto car scam). They never answer their phones and their land line ********** does not exist. If they do answer their cells nothing but BS comes out of their mouths.I'm surprised that this establishment continues to exits. It defies logic and sound reason as to why the authorities haven't closed this establishment down and locked up all these *******s.Only in SA can you operate with impunity and make a profit.
