Disappointed with service afterwards.

The service within the shop was great, I can not complain. But when I left and realized that what I asked for and paid for did not come through. I contacted 3@1 Cresta and the guy helped me and he said he sent it. I waited and nothing came through. This all happened on the 30th of December 2019. All I wanted was for them to scan and mail me documents. It was really important. I called 3 times. The last time I Phoned he said to me that there is nothing he can do about it.

When I got back to work I even emailed to complain, because how could I have paid for something that I didn't even get. but no response at all. It might not be a lot of money, but how many times does this happen and people just lose their money.
