Good day, The service within the shop was great, I can not complain. But when I left and realized that what I asked for and paid for did not come through. I contacted 3@1 Cresta and the guy helped me and he said he sent it. I waited and nothing came through. This all happened on the 30th of December 2019. All I wanted was for them to scan and mail me documents. It was really important. I called 3 times. The last time I Phoned he said to me that there is nothing he can do about it. When I got back to work I even emailed to complain, because how could I have paid for something that I didn't even get. but no response at all. It might not be a lot of money, but how many times does this happen and people just lose their money.
Good day, What a mission to open an account at Ackermans. On the 28 June 2019 my sister and I went to Ackermans because she wanted to open a clothing account at Flora Centre and nothing was working so then we went to Cresta Mall to open an account. The guy that helped us was nice, but he just scanned her payslips and told us that within a week she will receive an SMS with a code and when she does she must come in to collect a card. After a week she contacted customer care only to tell her it's still pending and when she contacted again they referred her to another department. Only for them to tell her she must go back and complete a form. We went to flora center again 5th of July and they contacted the customer call center while we waited.. The lady at Achermans just said that they will contact her the same day and again nothing happened. How difficult should it be just to open a clothing account??????
Good morning, Its been such a mission for ABSA to get back to us. We requested a paid-up letter a few times and nobody gets back to us. It is urgent because I want my name clear and they just don't bother to reply to emails or anything. No response from May 2019 until now. Kindly can somebody assist.
Last week i was still patient but Tuesday the Th when i contacted them they told me it will be scanned that night and sent out and that i will receive it Wednesday. I contacted them again today the 31st March and the lady sounded rude and she told me exactly the same as tuesday. I dont want to be ugly but it is stuff i ordered for clients and it never takes this long to be delivered. I want to know why is it not dispatched yet?
Good day,<br> <br> As my previous report i got one phone call the same day I posted it. The lady i spoke to said they will investigate and get back to me but i am still waiting. I am not going to just leave it if they think i am. It was clearly there fault. I would kindly like to find out what is going to happen now????<br> I just think it is really bad because now my sister is going to sit with a scar in her face for the rest of her life because of Negligence. it just makes me angry.
My sister was sick, i took her to Garden city hospital and firstly i was not allowed to go in with her. My wait in the waiting room was interminable. In fact i went to go ask what was going on only to find out that my sister FELL and she was lying on the bed with something on her eye. at first i didn't think it was that bad but after almost 3 hours . (Dr Ernest otlonba) told us a lie of what happened to my sister. The nurse was negligent that is why my sister had to get stitches. She went there because she was sick and we left with my sister having to get stitches in her face. if the nurse allowed me to go in with my sister that would of never happened. I didn't like the way we were treated by the nurse at all. I don't understand what the nurse did because when we got there my sister did inform them that she was dizzy. <br> <br> And i would like to find out why werent i allowed to be there with her.
