Tania Edwards at 3at1 Leaping Frog is such a lovely person, but unfortunately I cannot say the same about her staff. I had a horrible experience today with Primrose - I asked to print and certify the documents I sent via email, not explaining the email document certify policy to me beforehand. She pushes the emailed docs to the side and with a bad attitude tells me that they do not certify the docs (after it was printed out and I had to pay for it).
I asked Primrose why she did not ask/confirm with me? Her response: "You should have asked, not me" (after I stated that the emailed docs has to be printed and certified).
Furthermore, I say to Primrose that its wrong, she can't just print without checking with the customer first and she must listen to the customers' concerns (in fact I said: isn't the customer always right?). Her response: No, not here, not at this shop - you said print and you have to pay for it!
Primrose you must learn how to work with customers - its called customer service! You will be the reason why people choose not to visit 3at1 Leaping Frog again.
