Tania Edwards at 3at1 Leaping Frog is such a lovely person, but unfortunately I cannot say the same about her staff. I had a horrible experience today with Primrose - I asked to print and certify the documents I sent via email, not explaining the email document certify policy to me beforehand. She pushes the emailed docs to the side and with a bad attitude tells me that they do not certify the docs (after it was printed out and I had to pay for it). I asked Primrose why she did not ask/confirm with me? Her response: "You should have asked, not me" (after I stated that the emailed docs has to be printed and certified). Furthermore, I say to Primrose that its wrong, she can't just print without checking with the customer first and she must listen to the customers' concerns (in fact I said: isn't the customer always right?). Her response: No, not here, not at this shop - you said print and you have to pay for it! Primrose you must learn how to work with customers - its called customer service! You will be the reason why people choose not to visit 3at1 Leaping Frog again.
If you are looking for someting magical, classy, fresh and tasty, Lord Prawn in Umhlanga is the place to visit. They the freshest oysters, killer lobsters and mouth watering seafood platters. They have a wide selection of wines to accompany your meal and the prices are fair. The staff and management constantly checked-up on us. We had a lovely Lord Prawn experience - thank you.
Fresh, tasty and worthwhile. I recommend the sushi, prawns and curries.
