Extremely poor facilities
This was my second time staying at 305 Guesthouse. My first experience was exceptional, however I can't say the same for the second time around. Firstly we did not have any hot water whatsoever and the pressure of the running water was extremely low. I also did not have any mugs or cups to make my coffee in and had to go ask for this. There was no place to plug in the kettle on the kitchen counter s I had to plug it in on the floor and boil the kettle like that. Also to add regarding no hot water, because it was very early, I did not go and complain, however I had to boil te kettle and run a bath just to be able to clean myself properly. I would like to add, the staff is absolutely amazing and friendly, but it was extremely disappointing to see how bad the facilities are for the amount paid. Especially when trying to arrange something special for my partner.

Unforgettable Stay at 305 Guesthouse
I had the most unforgettable stay at 305 Guesthouse. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. The location is also breathtaking, with stunning ocean views that you can enjoy from every corner of the property. One of the highlights of our stay was a beautifully arranged picnic with an ocean view, where I got engaged! The setting was picture-perfect!!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, and it was truly a dream come true. we were also treated to a delicious breakfast that set the tone for the day ahead.. The rooms are beautifully decorated. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a peaceful retreat, this guesthouse offers everything you could dream of. We can’t wait to return!!!
