Extremely poor facilities

This was my second time staying at 305 Guesthouse. My first experience was exceptional, however I can't say the same for the second time around. Firstly we did not have any hot water whatsoever and the pressure of the running water was extremely low. I also did not have any mugs or cups to make my coffee in and had to go ask for this. There was no place to plug in the kettle on the kitchen counter s I had to plug it in on the floor and boil the kettle like that. Also to add regarding no hot water, because it was very early, I did not go and complain, however I had to boil te kettle and run a bath just to be able to clean myself properly.

I would like to add, the staff is absolutely amazing and friendly, but it was extremely disappointing to see how bad the facilities are for the amount paid. Especially when trying to arrange something special for my partner.
