This was my second time staying at 305 Guesthouse. My first experience was exceptional, however I can't say the same for the second time around. Firstly we did not have any hot water whatsoever and the pressure of the running water was extremely low. I also did not have any mugs or cups to make my coffee in and had to go ask for this. There was no place to plug in the kettle on the kitchen counter s I had to plug it in on the floor and boil the kettle like that. Also to add regarding no hot water, because it was very early, I did not go and complain, however I had to boil te kettle and run a bath just to be able to clean myself properly. I would like to add, the staff is absolutely amazing and friendly, but it was extremely disappointing to see how bad the facilities are for the amount paid. Especially when trying to arrange something special for my partner.
I placed an order with netflorist a week prior to delivery. I phoned them on the day of delivery just to make sure that my order will be delivered during the day, I spoke to a gentleman by the same of Sifiso, who was very friendly and helpful and assisted me in a very efficient way. My order was delivered after their business hours and was extremely impressed with how efficient they are and making sure that the order is delivered on the same day! So happy and my loved one was just as happy to receive her gift.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK! i made a deposit yesterday and it is STILL not reflecting, i understand you have technical issues but this is absolutely ridiculous! if this is not rectified soon, i want a refund and i don't want to wait for the weekend to pass, i am so disappointed in your service!
ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTED!!!!!! what is going on with the Vodacom repair centre in Umghlanga???? i have been a loyal customer for several years and always believed that you strived for excellent customer service, but clearly i am very mistaken. my phone was sent in for repairs on the 21st of December 2022, the last update i received was on the 29th of December confirming that you are awaiting parts to repair my phone (PLEASE TAKE NOTE THIS PHONE IS BRAND NEW AND NO SCRATCHES OR CRACKS) the only problem i had is that it suddenly did not want to go on. I've noticed several other complaints similar to mine. only problem is i still have no update and it seems as if your call centre is non-existant, which just leads me to believe that you have absolutely no interest to speak/update your customers other than a lousy sms update. I'm not sure if it will help if i go to the branch and make a big scene before anything happens. If i do not get any assistance on this complaint and if there are any damage to my phone that was caused by your repair shop i will definitely take this further! You have really disappointed a long supporting customer.
I am extremely disappointed in the level of service from the Shoprite in Amanzimtoti, firstly the meat section is of such poor quality that i have had to return off and rotten meat several times, secondly all of a sudden the yellow plastic bags have been out of stock 3 times in 2 weeks, where customers are now forced to buy R4 large plastic bags because they dont have stock, what kind of grocery shop runs out of plastic bags. not everyone is in a position to afford R4 for a plastic bag. the last shocking thing i have noticed is that this morning when i went to the shop there was literally only one cashier available as the manager of Shoprite decided to have a meeting with all the staff at 9am and just took her time not worried about all the customers waiting in line to be assisted by 1 cashier. i live close to this Shoprite and that's the only reason why i go here, but honestly has cost me way more in time and money just to shop here. Also extremely expensive prices, cant see how its possible the same prices at other branches... i have always been a loyal customer but so disappointed to see this branch does not care about their customers.

I have handed my debt over to Debt Sage and I have requested for Nicholas Ngwenya Attorneys to stop my Debicheck debit order and they have continued to deduct my account for 2 months now. They are rude and ignore emails and messages. I want this debicheck debit order stopped and refunded for the 2 months (second hello peter complaint logged)
So disappointed in Capitec, I have a debicheck debit order that I need to stop and reverse but they advised me that they don't stop or reverse debicheck debit orders.... How can this be possible? I have struggled with the third party to stop and refund me and now my bank is also making it hard for me.... Considering changing my bank

I purchased Pierre Cardin shoes about a month ago, it was very uncomfortable but thought I just need to walk it in, however it's so long afterwards and I am so disappointed that these shoes remain extremely uncomfortable. Paid so much and I can hardly walk in them. I'm so dissatisfied and dissapointed that a shoe that's suppose to be a high quality turns out to be a waste of money spent. Very unhappy customer
After my first complaint made on hellopeter i received a response on the 28th of August stating that they will get back to me as soon as they have an update, i followed up a few times via email as well as hellopeter and i even tried calling but still no response, can someone please get back to me????
