Terrible service from 3@1 Secunda Branch. I had insurance documents that urgently needed to be delivered to my insurance provider in Centurion, PTA. I originally sent the documents via 3@1 Secunda on 20 May 2025. My documents floated around until it was returned on 26-May-25 only to be put back on a truck and sent out again. Today is 30-May-25 and my package still has not been delivered nor does anyone know where it is. Tracking site shows it is out on delivery since 27-May-25. Staff at 3@1 store are unable to help me locate the package or return it to me. They keep saying "they will call me back with feedback on the progress" but no calls are ever received. No feedback or concern shown for my package or the progress thereof. The staff keep saying they use a 3rd party to make deliveries (SkyNet) and they are unable to control or predict anything. That its out of their hands.
Think twice before using them to send any package around SA.
