Secunda Mall - Avoid

The quality of service at Secunda Mall is unsatisfactory. It took almost 40 minutes to have passport photos taken and printed, only to find out that they were blurry and needed to be redone. They did this reluctantly. Despite giving them the benefit of the doubt and returning on a separate occasion for a simple colour copy, the outcome was inconsistent colours and the staff member was impolite, insisting that I accept it as it was. I had to seek assistance elsewhere to have the job done correctly. I do not recommend using this branch if you value your time and money.
