Secunda Mall - Avoid
The quality of service at Secunda Mall is unsatisfactory. It took almost 40 minutes to have passport photos taken and printed, only to find out that they were blurry and needed to be redone. They did this reluctantly. Despite giving them the benefit of the doubt and returning on a separate occasion for a simple colour copy, the outcome was inconsistent colours and the staff member was impolite, insisting that I accept it as it was. I had to seek assistance elsewhere to have the job done correctly. I do not recommend using this branch if you value your time and money.

This is a *****ulent company. Please avoid. Albert Mahatanya, shame on you! You take our order and our money, then cancel for no reason. You put the phone down on us when we tried to speak to you. Other contact numbers provided on the quote go to a completely different person. Telling us that our money will be automatically refunded is a complete lie. We were recommended to Servimode by Highveld Containers. What is going on?

Shocking service. Avoid at all cost!!
It's now been FIVE MONTHS without a fibre line and phone line. From a business point of view is completely unacceptable. The communication between Vox and Openserve is shocking. We are passed between one contact to another at Vox, each as equally *********** as the other. We urgently need assistance in the cancellation process so that we can go with another provider. We are being completely ignored.
