Bought my 3D printer form the 3D store I gave them a call regarding the printer. The guy did inform me that they were about to start stock on the Thursday and my order will only be processed the following Tuesday and it will be delivered by RAM couriers. I placed my order and waited for it to arrive. It arrived early than expected on the Tuesday. All is good and works perfectly.

Avoid this store. Really apalling service. On their website they claim to have items in stock, and delivery is 5 - 7 days. I spoke to Denise via WhatsApp and their office number and was assured of their delivery timeline and that I am making the right purchase decisions. After struggling to reach them via any of their contact numbers, I finally got hold of them and they assured me that the items have shipped and promised to provide tracking details, also that delivery will be by close of business today; but I am still to receive tracking details and/or my order and all their numbers go to voicemail again. WhatsApp messages remain unread - I am starting to think that I have been ****med. In stark contrast, the items (filament, etc.) I have ordered from another online store (after ordering my printer from 3D store) arrived within 2 business days. I should have just paid the (few hundred rands) premium and shopped elsewhere to avoid making an expensive mistake.

I have been trying to get hold of them through whatsapp and email for 3 days now. I just want an update on my product that needs to be shipped, as I want to update my shipping location. I even tried to chat with them on Facebook. They are flat out ignoring me. Very very bad communication from them. After they get paid they don't care about you.

I had some problems with my printer and Jerome Brown from 3D Store sorted me out, he replaced the printer and even given me a roll of filament for free. Thank you Jerome and 3D Store.

I need to thank Jerome for all his assistance! Everything from the ordering process to helping me with the return process. Jerome has always been clear and to the point. Here is my experience. After purchasing a printer (s1 plus) that landed up having a fault on the Y axes, i immediately contact 3d store back in my first 7 days had the printer returned for inspection and repair. The repairs are undertaken by the supplier not 3d store and after receiving the printer back i found i was still running into the same problem. Jerome explained the process we needed to follow and we had the printer sent back to the supplier. after supplying all the reverent information my printer was refunded and i have since ordered the K1 max instead from 3d store again. My point to the review is, sometimes things dont go to plan, it can happen. But it sure is awesome working with people that want to help. Thank you Jerome and everyone at 3D store.

I purchased a printer on the 19th of April 2024 and on the site they said they have 6 in stock, by the time I placed my order they still had 4 in stock. It is now the 30th of April 2024 and the feedback that I received is that somehow all the boxes are damaged and they are getting new stock that was supposed to arrive on the 26th. I asked them on the 30th and the excuse I receive is that the truck got stopped by the police and they do not know where the printers are. I have got no answers from them when I am getting my printer. Also there are a huge lack of communication. I feel like I am getting ****med, how can you sell something online but have no stock and take my money.

I have purchased a Creality K1C yesterday and it showed that they have 10 in stock on the website. I have paid in full already. Now they tell me that they don't have stock of the unit nor does the warehouse have. How can they take your money if they cant provide the product that they advertise and sell? Also after I paid my order I got no feedback whatsoever. I have to phone them and all I get is promises that they will phone me back that doesn't happen. Now the no stock problem. I would not advise anyone to do business with this online store. There is no service and no product. But they will gladly accept your money!
