Ram was supose to deliver my parcel today. My wife was at home all day. At 15:43 I see the delivery failed because of business name or building name not showing on the waybill. The thing is, they should deliver to my house street address not a business. I called customer service to make sure they had the right address, they did, but they failed to deliver anyways. It feel like they are lying or something because how can't you find a house when all the other courier companies find it with ease?
I have been trying to get hold of them through whatsapp and email for 3 days now. I just want an update on my product that needs to be shipped, as I want to update my shipping location. I even tried to chat with them on Facebook. They are flat out ignoring me. Very very bad communication from them. After they get paid they don't care about you.

Why can I not download my statement? It says I should click on the arrow found on the right hand side and when I click the arrow nothing happens at all.
Does anyone else struggle with USD acc withdrawal as the funds is still not in my capitec account and it has been a week now. :(
