Worst Customer Services Ever

Worst Services Ever....

We bought 3 of their softwares under the advi*****t that they will use one of our laptops as the main server. Once that was done their so called support team tells us they can't do that anymore. We asked them to set it for us, they said they will charge a fee of R900 because setting it up is a bit complex. Tried to explain to whomever I was speaking to that they said they would help. And now they are changing their tune. Did I not get told I will be blocked because I was looking for an argument. I am blocked and my 3 laptops haven't been set up cause they software is not an easy set up as they said it would be
