Worst Services Ever.... We bought 3 of their softwares under the advi*****t that they will use one of our laptops as the main server. Once that was done their so called support team tells us they can't do that anymore. We asked them to set it for us, they said they will charge a fee of R900 because setting it up is a bit complex. Tried to explain to whomever I was speaking to that they said they would help. And now they are changing their tune. Did I not get told I will be blocked because I was looking for an argument. I am blocked and my 3 laptops haven't been set up cause they software is not an easy set up as they said it would be
We bought a couch that was on sale called the Montero Velvet L shape Sofa for R6 499. They gave us an order number but then they have been quiet since then. We tried to contact them with different numbers, their 011 620 3292 has blocked our number. The sell phone number 078 751 3436, it rings and goes to voicemail. They don't respond on their WhatsApp as well. I then tried to communicate with them using a different email address pretending I wanted a couch. They responded quickly and when I asked if I can add the couch I want to purchase to my previous order, they asked for my order. I sent It to him and he never responded to me till today. They have an address that is in cape town but they hardly respond when you have to check on their order. Even when you try to contact them on their website https://www.cozyhomefurnitures.com, They don't respond.
Placed an order, paid in full and they haven't communicated what is happening with that furniture order. I bought a couch, their number doesn't get answers and they don't respond to their emails.
The Checkers at Ermelo Merino Mall is the worse. Every time I place an order they always don't have the meat items on my grocery list but when I get to the store they have plenty of that. Even if you put it an alternative, it's as If the people that pick are lazy to look. Today I placed an order and they failed yet again to bring all my items but when I got to the store they had drumsticks. If you are out of stock, just say so on the app so we dont place an order. The is no point in paying R35 for delivery, if I have to go back to the store to get the items myself. Or better yet call and ask if I still need the grocery if those items are not included.
I had a shipment from Ermelo to Nelspruit. On the 2nd of May, I tracked my parcel and saw that it was out on delivery. Around 17:19pm, my parcel was at return to the Hub. I never received a call from the driver nor did the driver come to my work place. I called in the morning on Saturday to nelspruit office, spoke to a lady trying to explain my issue. The lady was rude, telling me that the driver came back to the hub at 18:30 or something like that, I tell her that when I check on the website it said 17:19 my parcel was return to the hub. I tell her I was at work till 17:30 nobody came nor did they call. She kept telling me that they will deliver again on Monday. I did tell her she was rude and I asked if I can collect it myself and she didn't tell me which office to go. Just said they close at 13:00. So I went to fetch my parcel myself, went to the office at the Grove only to find out I was not at place my parcel was at. Had to go to the second location. I use the courier guy with no issues but what I experienced today was nonsense. The lady was plain rude
Placed an order on the 19th of February, I have one item that was suppose to take 4 weeks. I called them and their line keeps telling me line busy. Sent an email and waited for the 48 hours response, they told me they would courier my items by the 24th, 24th nothing came through on my emails. I tried to call on the 26th, finally got through and I was promised a call back because she had to check with the manager what was happening. She never returned my call, called on Friday again only to be told they had issues getting the items from China and that the communication sent previously was not communicated properly. I was never informed about the issues they had instead I was told my items will be couriered on the 24th. It's the 1st of April and I haven't even received any communication to tell me when it will be couriered this week.
