Upon applying for a rental unit, you must jump through hoops and supply loads of info, stopping short of a blood and stool sample. After renting the unit for almost 2years, we relocated and gave 60days notice, twice what the contract require. They retained the full rental and utilities deposit, and went further to demand a month's rent as we did not stay the full contract period. When we could not pay their demanded fee in 2 weeks, they turned to legal recovery. This is the WORST rental company to deal with.
