Horrible customer service

I am sure Hachette is good where it is based, I think the UK? But in South Africa it’s not up to scratch. Emails go unanswered, concerns are unresolved. I pre-ordered the Disney crochet issue 6 and am yet to receive it, despite it being available for a while now. I imagine it will be out of stock and I will never receive it or I will have to find it in a store and purchase it, essentially paying for it twice. I am so glad I did not subscribe, as I am sure there is nothing wrong with their debit order system, that part of this branch of the company will probably be quite effective, the product and customer service, not so much, unfortunately.

To be fair issues 1-5 were delivered without any problems, but then 6, it has ruined the entire experience.
