I have had an incredibly frustrating experience as a resident at 5ive on Thirteenth Lifestyle Estate by Houss Group. One of the most concerning issues has been the non-functional parking lot lights, which have been out since October last year—almost six months now!
Despite numerous emails, maintenance tickets, and weekly follow-ups, there has been zero communication or progress on resolving this issue. Each time I reach out to maintenance, I receive the same generic response with no clear timeline or resolution in sight.
Not only is this a serious safety concern, but it also highlights the lack of proper estate management and accountability. A so-called “lifestyle estate” should not require residents to constantly chase after basic maintenance.
