I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Incredible Connection. I placed an order on 30 November and the entire process has been a nightmare. Despite the promised 2–5 working day delivery window, I received no meaningful updates. The tracking information was completely unreliable – it first showed a failed delivery attempt at 10pm, and then suddenly changed to “delivery complete,” even though I never received anything. Every time I contacted support, I was told the issue was being escalated, yet nobody ever came back to me with an update or solution. The level of communication and service has been shockingly poor for a retailer of this size. I expected far better from Incredible Connection and Pepkor. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone considering an online purchase.
I have had an incredibly frustrating experience as a resident at 5ive on Thirteenth Lifestyle Estate by Houss Group. One of the most concerning issues has been the non-functional parking lot lights, which have been out since October last year—almost six months now! Despite numerous emails, maintenance tickets, and weekly follow-ups, there has been zero communication or progress on resolving this issue. Each time I reach out to maintenance, I receive the same generic response with no clear timeline or resolution in sight. Not only is this a serious safety concern, but it also highlights the lack of proper estate management and accountability. A so-called “lifestyle estate” should not require residents to constantly chase after basic maintenance.
