Very Poor security

When I go out for some drinks after a good days work, my safety comes first and that place has very poor security. I almost got my phone snatched away by a ******** during a phone call while standing by the balcony. The dude had enough time to climb from the outside and tried to snatch my phone through unsecured roller blinds. With him noticing that it was going to take some time for me and my friends to go round the counter and through the front door before catching up on me,,, he just jumped down and walked through an open small gate on the side of the parking lot, got in white etios n drove off. I was left with a broken phone ,,, shaken by the fact that this happened while I was standing inside,,, . I then went looking for the manager who was at least helpful in getting me n my friend an uber to get us home,,, hence the one star. But before we left, we took a walk around with the manager looking for security because I had been told there were 2 guys patrolling outside only to find one guy who was responsible for opening and closing the front boom gate and no one else...

It's the last place I would recommend for anyone to be during this festive season .
