94.7 Press shuffle on the music please!!!!!!!
The music being has become soooo whack, I’ve been listening to 947 since forever and I absolutely loved it back then, but the past few years the music is so repetitive and boring there’s no change in the playlist it’s like the presenters are afraid to press shuffle. I could listen to the radio and hear the same song atleast 5 times in just one day. Slowly making me not like radio.

Money not paid out
On the 28th of May I won R1000 for classic or not with outsurance on 947. Up until today I still have not received any communication. I called in and I was told my details would be given to the price department but still I have not received a call, email or sms. I listen to this station every single day and absolutely love them, I’m just disappointed that this has happened… The catch is you have to be insured with outsurance, which I am …. So I don’t know why no one is contacting me.

Money not paid out

Another payout not honored by 947
I won R50000 on the 25th April 2025 and til this day I have been waiting for my prize money. I won it on Anele's show, I absolutely love this show and I am so disappointed with the service I have been receiving. The Prizes department never answers their phones, emails are never answered. Tebogo Moseri who is the contact, never responds to any emails. I am so unhappy and shattered that I have not received this money which was meant to boost my business and give my business better opportunities

947 FM Not Paying Out R5,000 Cash Prize
Review: I won a cash prize on 947 FM’s “Can’t Beat” competition on 20 March 2025. To this day, I have not received the prize. I’ve followed up multiple times via WhatsApp, email, and social media. 947 acknowledged the win but has not confirmed any payout date. I’ve also escalated the matter to Primedia Broadcasting with no resolution. I logged a complaint with the BCCSA, who confirmed it’s outside their scope and referred the matter back to 947. As a listener and consumer, this lack of professionalism and follow-through is deeply disappointing. All I’m asking is for 947 FM to honour their word and pay out the prize I rightfully won. I won a prize of 1600 on the 16th January on the pop quiz.. Up until today the 14th February, I still have not received my money.. What is more upsetting is that emails go unanswered as well as calls are never ever answered.. There is this dude Thato, the producer who lies through his teeth when asked questions.. This was my favorite radio station but not anymore, 947 you cheats!!!
