So this is the norm?? I called Friday and today... Been waiting ro cancel my policy and after 3 hours the lady transfer me to wait another 2 hours not to be helped. I have been waitimg o the call!!!!! Absaidirect has such poor service..
Guys please don't buy cars from this VW, they sell sh#*!!! How do sell a car to people and don't tell them the car is out of warranty. If you don't buy brand-new, please don't buy at all. I bought a T-Cross 6-months ago and now the boot don't open, I didn't know the car was out of warranty so I took it back and to my surprise I have to pay cash to get it fixed. Also when they want your sale they response with speed to your messages but when you have an issue!! You will wait days before they come back to you. Please guys Miguel & Lebo are the worst sales people I have ever come across. DON"T DO BUSSINESS with them!!!!
This bank is the worst when it comes to Building Insurance. Ref: 23/016516 is a claim I logged amost two months agi now and still have not heard anything from them. Each time I call I get told no they are waiting for the supplier s report for ****ing two months. I am cancrlling this ***!!!
I am really upset and annoyed with Nedbank, they don't care about their client. I am struggling to pay my monthly repayment of my Credit card as I also have a Personal Loan with them. I would not refer them to anybody!!!! No sympathy/empathy to us whatsoever!!!!
Very Bad!!!!! They advertise products that aren't available anymore. Their agents are so unfriendly, they don't deserve our money!!!
Hi all. I started with Miway insurance in 2015 , I paid all my premiums on time. I was involved in an accident in March 2018 which was not my fault, they paid out my claim. unfortunately I had another incident last Month which was also approved without any hassles.. My issue is not with Miway paying out the claim it’s about their service. With the first incident they told me they were going to reimburse my excess if they could claim successfully from the third parties insure, up until today no one got back to me regarding that, every time I call they give me the run around story. With my new claim I was told about an additional excess that I need to pay , which I was not told about when I first join them. according to my understanding the sales agent that closed the deal in 2015 was supposed to disclose. I told them that I refuse to pay that excess cause I was not informed. I requested for the sales call but no one is getting back to me. my car is almost ready for collection from the panel beaters and they haven't come back to me. I am tired of calling and emailing coz no one response. I worked for an financial institution before and it doesn't take month to send a client a recording. Miway is leaving me with no other choice but to take this matter to the ombudsman . Because I will not pay for something I didn't agree on, most clients don't even read there documentation , therefore there is sales agents to disclose all important things about their policy, and don't mislead or give false info just to seal the deal.
At first I was annoyed because i had to phone Miway back but after speaking to Tebogo he assisted with excellence . Needed to change my premium and access and he helped me nicely.
