Another payout not honored by 947

I won R12 000.00 on Sound of the City. It's been over more than a month and have not yet received my payment. Last week I was promised that before the end of the week, payment will be made. Its a new week now and still nothing!!!! These people at 947 think we are fools. You have to cry and lie saying you have a funeral at home to get the money you have won. Bunch of ****mers!!!!
