I logged a ticket with Vuma on the 22 Jan 2026 for ONT to be relocated to another part of the building(house).A technician was dispatched,disconnected the ONT and ran a new fibre cable.However he advised that another team will come to the splicing same day or following day.
To this day,we are still without connection,no one came through.The office line goes to voicemail.I have sent an email but still nothing.
