I am not happy at all with A.C.E group customer service, they are just horrible when serving their customers, on black Friday I ordered pots, my pots where delivered and when I unbox my order find out that a lid was smeshed in the box, I took pictures and send to them, they calledback and say it's the delivery mistake they will send a new lid, two weeks passed no new lid was sent to me, I send a follow up email to ask why am I not receiving the new lid, I was told I need to send pictures of the pots again for them to process my query. I was disappointed as I was told my lid is on the way, and I had to be the one asking what heppening in order for them to tell me they need pictures again, so I decided to take the pots back, they took their pots on the 22 of December 2021. I was told my money will be refunded in 4 working days. Today it's the 19 of January 2022 and my money hasn't come through, and no one is responding to my emails anymore.
