I dropped of an 18inch Celto Subwoofer last year December to a gentlemen named Reginald Since last year he never got back to me regarding the subwoofer , I have been sending messages on whatsapp no response. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable to wait just for a subwoofer to be fixed , he didnt inform regarding the price it would cost me to pay for repairs
