Review Title: Unacceptable Service and No Response to Logged Calls
I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Johannesburg Water. Despite logging multiple calls regarding a serious issue, no one has followed up or resolved the problem. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially for a public utility. Residents deserve timely responses and proper service—not silence. This experience has left me frustrated and deeply concerned about the reliability of this organization.

This is very unprofessional and unacceptable to wait just for a subwoofer to be fixed , he didnt inform regarding the price it would cost me to pay for repairs
