Worst place to buy

I made an online order paid for it on the 29th. Still nothing, I got an invoice and said my order is being processed. Today they tell me they can't see nothing. I'm running a business as well, I ordered nail glue from them 50 bottles. It's December now and I needed those. So now what should I do? Worst place I could have ordered from. This might be a ****.
