Worst place to buy
I made an online order paid for it on the 29th. Still nothing, I got an invoice and said my order is being processed. Today they tell me they can't see nothing. I'm running a business as well, I ordered nail glue from them 50 bottles. It's December now and I needed those. So now what should I do? Worst place I could have ordered from. This might be a ****. I am so frustrated right now. I'm losing on my business, because of all this...

Best By Far #BlackFriday
I use to shop at Kalahari.com before they merged with Takealot, that's how long I've been shopping at Takealot.com. So far I have had the best experience with Takealot. Even if sometimes things come with a fault or it isn't what I ordered, it's always easy to send back and resolve the issue. Also they have everything I need in one place, its super convenient. #BlackFriday

Worst service
Old Mutual is the worst really, their call centre staff worst of them all. You call and they keep on passing you to another. I only wanted an update on a claim that has taken more than 2 years. NO one is of help!!!

My order took a bit longer than I expected
My order took a bit longer than I expected. Honestly, it was worth the wait. The service and the response I got from one of their consultant on WhatsApp was good. The sneakers exceeded my expectations. I love them and quality perfect. I'm happy.

Bad Service
I'm so frustrated and angry by Takealot and their service. I paid for an order on the 30th May, was due for delivery on the 4th but was rescheduled for the 11th June because of a mix up parcel with the courier people. I than get a call for the courier people saying they can't deliver it can they reschedule for the 12th June, I agreed now now when I call on the 12th my parcel won't be delivered. The delivery guy deliberately left my parcel cause he doesn't know my address. I want my money back. The parcel has important staff in it. Takealot doesn't care about their customers anymore. I'll never buy from them. I was 1 of their biggest supporters but from today, I'll shop elsewhere.

Order Number : 281178 My delivery way due 24th November but until today 27th November its not here. I'm angry and disappointed no means of communication was made to me. I have been so delayed on the project I'm working on because of the order not here yet.

I'm highly disappointed with Takealot.Com I bought a phone with them all to get ****med with a phone that won't charge or even switch on. I think I was sent a toy. Of all places never thought it could happen though them. I trusted their brand name. They where my go to for everything. Right now I am deeply saddened and fuming with anger. What a waste of my time.

Worst Service
I'm angry my parcel was sent to Alexandria instead of Kenton On Sea. My parcel was opened and the stranger had to call me to notify me that my parcel was with her and she had opened it! Who will collect my parcel. Why would it be left somewhere not address to. Your unbelievable!!!!
