How disappointment I am and not having great day! Such waste of my fuels back and forth, This is the reason why I don't happy:
Yesterday about 13:00 I arrived in store at AA Travel Experience Centurion, Centurion Lifestyle Centre to getting my International Driving Permit. There was a young guy (not older than 30) who alone in work front of desk. He was busy with his cell phone.
So I appear and mentioned first that I am Deaf before I greeting. And he nod. Then I show paper to him (Registered via Online) and then he is a doing it for me checking on PC. And then I saw his cellphone on the desk, it was a games. He did not turn it off or pause it. While I am doing him paper and explains, he still on the game. While he checking on PC for me and getting Permit Book, still playing on the mobile game.
And I was surprised how I see his behavior, when he bend under the table, fetch a paper or Permit Book, he was quick smoke (a vape!) while I wait. A vape in Office, really?!
And then he starting write for me on Permit Book (See on the attachment (AA - A)) and it looks a normal. But his eyes can't avoid on the mobile game while we doing it.
After he done and gave it to me, and I pay the price about R300. All what he was nod at me without greeting or goodbye. I was rush to go another my appointment...
Later than evening, I was checking on my Travel Permit Book how excited, noticed the date is wrong. You see the photo on attachment (AA - A) where the date stand 2023/08/30 - I was shocked and surprised.
Next day, today 31/08/2022 I have to go back in store where I work at Midrand. Such waste of my fuels and that I already paid for Permit Book but I have to.
When I arrived in store again, saw that guy again and alone. But he was smile and laugh, I thought it was joke about me. Anyway when I appear to him show him how I am not happy. I noticed he was still on mobile, A VIDEO CALL with 2 People on the Screen, now I know why is he Laugh. And he did not turn it off, still on standby call. It was really necessary?
Anyway, I show the wrong date. He nod at me again and took it, just change from 3 to 2 with pencil. You see on the photo attachment (AA - B), I thought he will give me the new one because I am afraid of strictly rule in overseas if the won't accept.
After he changed and gave me back the book, not once apologize. Then he back on the mobile Video Call and then I leave.....
How disappointment I am and how rude the service. Where is the manners for customer?
Now I am getting worried about the Book. Will it allowed and looks like that little mistake changed????
I awaits for this message response after I report.
