These people don't get attention to the customers when they send the query or issue, Staff at Lime24 response a week later then asked again how can we help you? What wrong with these people or they don't have to work to do?! Third time I send them and ask for statements, with no luck!!
Excellent! Andre just helped and patience until everything went to smooth. He is calm and communicate with me as I am Deaf. GetWorth doesn't give the struggles but success to make customers happy! Thank you Andre and GetWorth team!
Everytime I tried communicating with them via Email and I was said that I am Deaf. Again tell them I am Deaf. Guess what I am told that I have to call them via telephone? That guys from Wesbank have no attention and have no right for Customer who disability / Deaf?????
They are helpful and support every ways for me and I don't have no negative with them.
Telkom on services and their website is unfriendly and unfair for the disability community. How suppose Deaf person wants to communicate them via email and on website shows only call me and numbers? Isn’t kidding..? And then I found them the email contact, communication them was almost smooth and then suddenly avoids response by weeks???
How disappointment I am and not having great day! Such waste of my fuels back and forth, This is the reason why I don't happy: Yesterday about 13:00 I arrived in store at AA Travel Experience Centurion, Centurion Lifestyle Centre to getting my International Driving Permit. There was a young guy (not older than 30) who alone in work front of desk. He was busy with his cell phone. So I appear and mentioned first that I am Deaf before I greeting. And he nod. Then I show paper to him (Registered via Online) and then he is a doing it for me checking on PC. And then I saw his cellphone on the desk, it was a games. He did not turn it off or pause it. While I am doing him paper and explains, he still on the game. While he checking on PC for me and getting Permit Book, still playing on the mobile game. And I was surprised how I see his behavior, when he bend under the table, fetch a paper or Permit Book, he was quick smoke (a vape!) while I wait. A vape in Office, really?! And then he starting write for me on Permit Book (See on the attachment (AA - A)) and it looks a normal. But his eyes can't avoid on the mobile game while we doing it. After he done and gave it to me, and I pay the price about R300. All what he was nod at me without greeting or goodbye. I was rush to go another my appointment... Later than evening, I was checking on my Travel Permit Book how excited, noticed the date is wrong. You see the photo on attachment (AA - A) where the date stand 2023/08/30 - I was shocked and surprised. Next day, today 31/08/2022 I have to go back in store where I work at Midrand. Such waste of my fuels and that I already paid for Permit Book but I have to. When I arrived in store again, saw that guy again and alone. But he was smile and laugh, I thought it was joke about me. Anyway when I appear to him show him how I am not happy. I noticed he was still on mobile, A VIDEO CALL with 2 People on the Screen, now I know why is he Laugh. And he did not turn it off, still on standby call. It was really necessary? Anyway, I show the wrong date. He nod at me again and took it, just change from 3 to 2 with pencil. You see on the photo attachment (AA - B), I thought he will give me the new one because I am afraid of strictly rule in overseas if the won't accept. After he changed and gave me back the book, not once apologize. Then he back on the mobile Video Call and then I leave..... How disappointment I am and how rude the service. Where is the manners for customer? Now I am getting worried about the Book. Will it allowed and looks like that little mistake changed???? I awaits for this message response after I report. I apologize for the words or not sentence if you don't understand, I am Deaf and trying to explain. (For the Attachment Photo, kindly ask me and I will attach for you)
Good Day Several messages sent to Abraham (abraham.mamba@colserve.co.za) and with no response. He promised to me he will come back to me within hours and which it is really urgent matter. And then he sending me a whatsapp which we communication. The next day he did not response me and avoids me days, suddenly he blocked me. I am so disappointment. It is useless service ever!
What a Disappointment! A months ago I booked the tickets to Greyhound via Mosselbay, which it is on next week. And 5 days ago I got news the events had canceled due Corono Virus. I called to Greyhound service to cancel the tickets and refunds. They said I must email to refunds. So I emailed on same day, no responds or no feedback from them. Been a days until today, still no news from them and nothing refunds my monies. They have read on email but no responds? Bigger disappointment EVER!

BUT NO RECIVED YET OR TRACK LIST SO I WENT TO POST OFFICE, THEY SAID THEY HAVE NOT MY ORDER!</p> <p> </p> <p>I EMAILED AND EMAILED BUT NO ONE FREAKING ANSWER THE QUESTION AND NO RESPONSED. SO I RING RING DAMN THE PHONE AND GUESS WHAT, NO ANSWERS EITHER!</p> <p> </p> <p>Are they registered business or is even stolen business? Stealing some people money????</p>
