I am writing this review to warn the public and, specifically, Affinity Insurance about the company they have entrusted to handle their Third Party claims AAA CLAIMS COMPANY.
My vehicle was involved in an accident on the 2nd of June 2025. I submitted my complete third-party claim to this administrator (on behalf of Affinity Insurance) on the 23rd of July 2025.
Since that day, I have received ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION No acknowledgement, no reference number, no update. A formal follow-up email on the 4th of August 2025. was also completely ignored.
This is not merely poor service; it is a total operational failure. As a result:* **My car is still damaged and unusable.* **I have been unable to work for weeks.* I am facing significant financial hardship.
A direct message to Affinity Insurance You need to immediately review your contract with this administrator AAA CLAIMS COMPANY . Their inability to perform the most basic function—acknowledging a claim—is directly damaging your brand's reputation and causing immense harm to your clients. I would strongly advise you to pull your business from them to protect your customers. The Worse part these Zero Good reviews about This AAA Claims Company
I have been forced to escalate this to the Ombudsman (OSTI). Avoid this company at all costs.
