At your own risk there will ignore you deliberately delaying tactics Affinity Car Insurance Ignores Valid Third-Party Claim for 23+ Days - Even Their Own Client Can’t Get a Response Company: Affinity Car Insurance (Short-Term Insurance Division) I hold Affinity Car Insurance and their Claims Liabilities Department accountable for utterly neglecting a valid third-party claim (Ref: Policy AFFB634001-3) after their client, Mr. R.S. Kgatle, rear-ended my vehicle on 2 June 2025. Critical Failures: Zero acknowledgment of my claim submission (4 June) + 4 follow-up emails. A Bunch THIEVES. I took a mechanical warranty plan with Innovation Group, they debited account since 2018 and now I was told that the policy expired in April 2020.I was never informed that the policy is about to expire or if I'd like to extend. I called them today to claim because my car broke down and I need it to fixed, only to be told that the bank already paid the company and my policy with them expired so I can't claim. I have been paying all this time thinking that the innovation group will help me fix my car, I need them now they can't. So basically I have been giving them money every month for nothing.. Dear Capitec Bank This is by far the worse ban****!! I went to the bank these poor service the call centre is the worse No one has resolve my unauthorised transactions that went through my account on the 29 April 2020. Yet the same transactions I reported to be unauthorised still come through on the 05 may 2020 via an sms My account was Compromised ,I have no money I couldn’t pay my debts I was told someone will call me but yet no Bothered to call me it makes me think the bank is in it with the Syndicate SBT SOFTWARE CAPE TOWN Sportingbet South Africa that been taking my money I’m sick of being told that it’s still pending ,so that means these no one working on the case I reported via the call centre and the Bank branch you gave me ****ty services and top of that no one is bothering to investigate what the hell is going on. 0744708797
Dear SBT SOFTWARE CAPE TOWN Even that rubbish email on that website it's automated been sending emails included the bank (CAPITEC BANK) in on those emails that those transactions are not from me but the Worse of it your consultants keep Changing asking what do I need help with every time a different person will reply asking me what I want I am writing this email due to unauthorized transactions that SBT did on my account on the 29th of April and again on the 5th of May 2020. What I do under is who gave sbt the authority of do these transactions as I did not. Your company is in Cape Town and I am based in Gauteng, I do not even aware of the company or the services that sbt provides I am asking for sbt to refund the money back to me as I need it for urgent matters. This inconvenience has caused me a great deal of of financial problems and it has affected my credit history, as the money that sbt took was intended for other financial purposes I am in real need of my money back Yours in honest financial transactions Pamela M
