Phenomenal service from Abbott Laboratories.

Abbott has been incredible in supporting me with my journey to better control my glucose levels with their FreeStyle Libre 2.

I've had two incidents, one where the sensor fell off, and one where the sensor didn't work (presumably it didn't insert correctly) and both times Abbott has replaced the sensors with expedited shipping, at no cost to me. One of these incidents occurred during the Easter holidays and I still got the replacement sensor within 4 business days, well before my second sensor was done.

Amazing service, and incredibly helpful support staff. There are many CGM devices on the market, but I think I'll stick to the Libre 2 if only for the fantastic support I've received from the team at Abbott. Keep it up!
