I ordered three Grade 8 books on 10 February. After a week without any communication, I emailed them and they told me they were still waiting for stock. This continued for some time, so I decided to request a refund. They asked me to send my bank details and said they would process the refund within 5–7 days. Several days passed without any communication. I emailed them again and received a response saying their website had been down, but they would still process the refund. In the meantime, I ordered the same books from Van Schaik Bookshop and my order was delivered within a few days. Now it has been a full month and they are no longer responding to my emails.
