I ordered three Grade 8 books on 10 February. After a week without any communication, I emailed them and they told me they were still waiting for stock. This continued for some time, so I decided to request a refund. They asked me to send my bank details and said they would process the refund within 5–7 days. Several days passed without any communication. I emailed them again and received a response saying their website had been down, but they would still process the refund. In the meantime, I ordered the same books from Van Schaik Bookshop and my order was delivered within a few days. Now it has been a full month and they are no longer responding to my emails.
I bought an Item on the 25/08, you delivered the wrong item. Please give me what I have ordered or refund me.
I would like to be refunded for my order since I have been waiting for the order to arrive from the 23rd of June 2023 and only received half of it on the 26 June 2023. Please refund me so that I can purchase it somewhere else. I sent a lot of emails but no one is getting back to me.
I purchased goods on the 25/06/2023 they split the order and sent half of it. Since then, I have been trying to find out when are they going to deliver the rest no one is getting back to me
