Please don't threaten me or my company Absoluteskin Cosmetics (Pty) Ltd - as you can see below the refund was made within 2 hours of your first request and threat. I do take offense against being threatened. Your threats can have serious repercussions for you and I demand an apology.

We Absoluteskin Cosmetics (Pty) Ltd have a merchant account at Payflex and seem to a problem with Payflex refunding a client of ours, I would appreciate your assistance. In this regard. Paylfex have always processed and refunded the clients directly. Please advise when Mr. H. Ainsley may expect his refund of R549.00 form you.
I have 2 screenshots of a transaction and refund to Hilton Ainslie. Under these conditions Payflex, as in the past is responsible to reimburse the client the refund amount and this should be the case here as well. Why is Mr H. Ainslie not paid as yet by Payflex for the refund. or have these methodologies changed lately?
